yes before .....but my track after halftime is clipping ..so now nothing can be done to it rite????

if you already recorded the track with clipping then there is nothing you can do about it.,
clipping is effectively cutting away information from your track that you can't recover anymore.,
but if you still got the original in your sequencer then it's a simple matter of reducing the level of everything.,
