Typical progressive bass. I can see he used cronox for creating it...
Should I use distortion with it? can you give me some tips please

I am almost sure that you can find quadrafuzz and that you can use it in other host than cubase. Try to use the search, i read it here...           http://soundcloud.com/alphadelphi

i'm not sure quadrafuzz will work with FL but izotope trash can be used in the same way as quadrafuzz. it has a multiband mode and can have 3 or 4 bands.           http://www.catawampus-records.co.uk/Catawampus_Records/Skyhighatrist.html

one saw is enough...some ppl add a sine wave an octave deeper for subbass...but it's not really necessary...

well i think the artisht in thish example hash used a shytrush patch with a modulated multiband compresshor over a tripanned multiband autopan followed by eq and a multiband dishtortion... with a chorush enshemble shidechained to the mashter pitch.
