here is an example of bass sound that I`m looking for.
Typical progressive bass. I can see he used cronox for creating it...
Should I use distortion with it? can you give me some tips please

I am almost sure that you can find quadrafuzz and that you can use it in other host than cubase. Try to use the search, i read it here...

one saw is enough...some ppl add a sine wave an octave deeper for subbass...but it's not really necessary...
