I'm going to buy headphones...
Advise me what it is better and why?
i'm going to spend around 300$...

what kind of headphones do you want?
there are studio headphons , minitur headphones , dj headphones , open air headphones etc......
but, whay do you need it, for what use? |

oh yeah, right  studio... =) for music making... I don't have much $$ for good monitors, so i'd like to buy headphones first =)

I just got a pair of Sennhesier 580s (http://www.zzounds.com/item--SENHD580) for $200.
They are extremely comfortable as they don't actually touch the ear, and have fantastic frequency response.
But if you're going to spend $300, why not save up a little bit more and get decent monitors? You wouldn't need much more $$. |

Hmm... good monitors are around 800-1000$$ so i'll take hp for now =)

you can get in 300$ the "samson resolve 65a" active monitors,
but if you want a monitor headphones i recommended you to buy the "Yamaha rh5ma" they are very good and the prise is much lower then 300$ |

damn samson resolve 65a costs 465+$ here! 
maybe you meant samson resolve 65 for 295$?
If I use Phillips FR994 as amplifier for reslove 65 that's ok? Or i need special amplifier? ......................................
