well, every plugin has an installation manual, and otherwise there will be an installation manual on the website of the company that made th plugin. With freeware it's mostly as easy as copying a file in the right place, with other plugins it's more complicated... That's why boobytrip told you to read the manual, there is not 'one way' to install every plugin. and then you will have to read the basic tutorials from fruityloops, there is no alternative.

FL5 manual!

If you don't have the manual then look for it.
i think there are some video tutorials that come with Fl, they are pretty cool and easy to understand.
Also, check the website, they have loads of free tutorials. very user friendly but i think you have to register, not sure.

To make Kick and bassline, try MikeA's tutorial. its really easy to understand and a great one too. Read ALL the threads in the Equipment and music section. I think its right on top, it reads, 'read this first or something....'

Try those FL tutorials that come with the package man. they teach you how to install vsts, FXs, etc etc etc, they tell you everything. You must have patience man.

Also, there are also some examples of tracks. Not Psy but some dance tracks. Check them out, to give you an idea about how a track is structured, note structure and all that.

Thats about it i guess. Your HW for the next month or so should be reading, thats it. get hold of a manual, read everything about FL. If there is something you don't understand, come back and ask. however stupid( but use the search first ), thats how i learnt. Some of these guys here are fuckin' smart and surely they will help but you must make an effort as well. No spoon feeding happening over here.

Anyway, hope i helped!

Good Luck and Best Wishes!
