Help: Looking for title and interprete of a special track

Hi Folks
Another dummy, who's asking for a track he heard at a party:
A computer-modulated voice sais "this is noise-destruction 50Hertz" or something and then you hear a 50hertz-vibe, then it sais "this is noise distruction 240hertz", and finally it sais "next sample 440hertz and white noise" before blowing your mind into space.
i know it's a very vage description, but maybe somebody can help. I would appreciate it.
