- I can hear it everywhere, but i can't know his name, he's older than a bible, it's very ancient air instrument like...but i want it so badly for my track, and i don't want to steal or sample it, i want to buy it !

I'd say North Indian bamboo flute, the South Indian is more harsh, although in your example the flute player is maybe an acolyte at best... check out Hari Prasad, he is a true master of the North Indian bamboo flute ;-)

It's DUDUK, thanks, that's the right sound...Indian flute is harsher, but this one is so soft and nice sounding that opening chakras in your body

definitely check out the eastwest plugins for this. I have quantum leap RA and the duduk sounds lovely!
