Help Logic error.

Hello. Can anyone help me I have just been writing a tune in logic 5.5 on PC when I went to open up a vst FX and logic crashed. Every things fine now except that when I try to load the tune I was working on it say "error code 126 was returned by the ASIO driver" and then has to closes down or just ask me to close down and sorry for the inconvenience.
Is there any way I can get me tune back?

I would also suggest saving multiple versions of your song. Anytime you make a change to your song, save as and title the song different or add a # to it.... This has saved me a lot in the past.

You can set an option to save up to 100 previous saves of the same song. My setting is 10 - a must imo.
@psycream
If you know the VST which causing the crash, remove its dll from the VSTdir of logic. Next time you open your project you can remove that VST. If you don't know which VST or how to find the dll, rename the whole VST dir to something else - and start your project. Remove the last VST that was causing you the trouble.

you can try first to disable the plugin you think causes the problem, using the plugin enabler (Plugenabler) tool.that way you can just go one by one if you are not really sure which plugin causes the problem, without moving any dll files. |

ALL VERSIONS FOR PC UP TO 5.0 CRASHES ALL THE TIME.
VER 5 RULZ,USE IT FOR A WILE AND IN A COUPLE OF YEARS YOU LL LOVE TO SWITCH TO MAC ;-)

Actually the versions before 5 work great for me, 5 was buggy. I had to uninstall 5 and go back to 4. (Can't live without RBass...)

please avoid using CAPs - looks offending to the eyes and considered as shouting in the internet culture...
@mubali - im not home, but I think it's called AutoBackup or else u can easily find it in the general settings I guess... there's a drp down menu. Crackling universes dive into their own neverending crackle...

the waves can be fixed by doing this!
Go to
Start > Run
type:
C:\Waves\Plug-Ins\Unregister.exe /unauth
og click OK. Open "Run" again and type:
C:\Waves\Plug-Ins\Unregister.exe /process dsp
and click ok.
if you have installed waves in another dir, then use that!
