Ladies & Gents..i seriously need guidance on this one..

Has an incorrect Demo in Track 10 ( apparently "Higher Circuits" by Quasar ) the song that was uploaded to the site is not
" That " Quasar´s song.
I reviewed the material in other websites.. for example this one,

Track 10 sounds the original Album Track by Quasar
My intention (with your help) , is to find out who is the real artist behind that uploaded track incorrectly placed under Quasar's Album "One day"
Listen to the sound, you´ll agree with me it needs to be unmasked (Endorphins bursting out of my brains.. need help)
