Have you made music before, or are you fresh to the game ?

Anyways, I'd recommend Cubase VST or Logic Audio,
which are professional sequencers... :)

Try Fruity Loops. Powerful and easy to learn.

(Said the Cubase user)

For me a good composer is a guy with intelligent solutions for everything he puts in his creation. a man (or woman) who knows where to put the SUPER DUNKA DUNKA when its the right time, and a man who has it in him... also a great sense of humor which often reflects in the music which imo gets better... also a great sense for sound & creating his own style...

PLUR!

Fruity Loops seems nice too there is another one named Orion which is in the same category you can make your own sounds etc...but I never tried...

Buzz is a tracker, and there are also
many other trackers around...
modplug, impulse, madtracker, etc.
These are very nice programs in which to
learn the basics of electronic music making...
many big names started out with these programs,
and maybe the best example is Erez Aizen of Infected Mushroom... (and myself... ;) )

anyways, I believe fruityloops is perhaps the
best alternative if you want to have good results
fast... ;)

good luck mate... :)

ricardo, listen me well! Don't start with an easy-to-learn program! just DONT!

I started with Impulse and I was stucked with it for 2.5 years..
Now i'm working with Fruity for 4 months or so (donno exactly) and my friends are starting to bug me to move to Cubase or Logic.

Hence, start either with Cubase or Logic.
