help: Ableton and remote sl :(

Hey Guys
I am trying to create a personalized template for my Remote SL and Ableton.
Now the template editor looks good but as soon as I want to select the first fader on the right to assign to the track fader or the cross fader well that's where I get stuck...
How do I get the right default midi cc for Ableton?
The Default Ableton template works but how do you find out all the default controller numbers/parameters?
Or am i going wrong from the word go here ????

Hm..do you want to make a template actualy in the remote sl or in live?don`t get your point exactly..you could just press the midi learn button in live on the top right..then midi learn your basic parameters/faders/whatever...go out of midi learn save as template in live preferences..and to find out wich CC you are using just open the browser on the left while your in midi learn mode..

I wanted to make the template on the sl so i could use it any were... but you are right the alternative is to make on on ableton thats easy enough...
but the remote sl ppl must have made theirs some how??? |

dude, use the learn feature on REMOTE SL, it is easier than you think, if i understand your idea right. consult the manual how to do learn, it should be in the last row of function buttons. i have SL compact. did it with cubase etc
