I've been working as a phonesalesman for the last 6 years. In and out of different callcenters and "real" jobs. Now I work at DELL. Selling computers. I know nothing about computers. I only know how to sell. lol, good thing my "trusty" customers dont know that 
Hate us seller as much as you like. But it's fun! A lot of psychology in the picture. People dont always see/realize that.

You don't have to know shit about pc's to sell them you just have to talk.I also learned salesman 6 years ago,I also never knew shit about what we were selling,so I just talked,talked,talked until the customers bought it or left the shop....

saw this lately.. my CC is both out and in...
but actually i dont sit on the phone... just training days for new ppl... and you are so right, u dont need to know anything about the wares... just talk and get the connection to the customer  but thats way offtopic... so have succesful days in your centers guys |

Just wanted to say hello to everybody and introduce myself. My name is Matt / Dj Emotion and I'm 25 and an avid psy trance fanatic/dj. I was utterly consumed by the early goa trance which got me into the rave scene(U.s.A.)....yeah i know, kind of odd. I've now moved onto the newer sounds of today....a lot of full on(hold the flaming for my second post at least....hahaha)and all other forms that are extremely mind warping....
