similar perhaps to midi miliz/source unknown i would try intact instinct/peak pilots/disco slickers, all three projects involving peter hollenbach
biotonic and bitmonx are also great
acidance records 'drug therapy' compilation has some great heavy tech-trance tracks...maybe not as minimal as you are looking for though
