help me...i go crazy, ok this is good for creating psytrance but pls give me some tips.
i create this bassline with silenth1 and lots of eq´s. also multibandcompressor.
But this bassline has no drive, dynamic and zero groove.
Do u have same ideas for me? What did i wrong?

groove?
try adding a 3rd 16th note in front of two existing notes.. then maybe some sidechain compression that always seems to add groove to the bass line. other than that for the kick and bass itself, could use a bit more highs like Chemogen said. so maybe not cut so much or try out a high shelf http://soundcloud.com/brentmalik

So, first thx to all of you. I've tried some of your tips.
Little bit more high for Kick&Bass. Then activated sidechain. And a little bit distortion with camel crusher. And this is the Result. What do u say?

It takes a while to get a powerful baseline, it comes down alot to tightness of envelopes, work of precise filters and distortion.
If you understand the fundamental about how a psy kick/baseline work it can go easier to recreate it. For me i struggled many years before i could be satisfied with kick n base.
The mix is very important here aswell, its not very good mixed so it translate as muffled and thin(perhaps it sounds that way in your headphones as well but i think its much how the mix translate).
In much psy, the idea is to get the base n kick glued togheter to get that rolling happening.
Thats trought precise sidechaining or measured lenght of base and kick.

it is also a combination of knowing how to really Eq the bass.
Have you guys tried cutting the first band sharp at 40Hz?

dont need to worry about multiband compressors imo,
if you split bass frequencys on different channels then you can just use several normal compressors with the same effect! and then you are free to add other effects to certain bands too
