Ok so yes i love Ishq, Ultimae and all of those of course but I was wondering if there is such music or ambient sounds that are designed to enhance or allow the body to heal?

I know there ismuch cheesey stuff I see in commercial shops that claim to be healing music but I think this is fake or no real spirit in them...

I'm going through a tormenting surgery recovery *ugh* and looking for alternative solution rather than continuously forking out $100-200-300 for damn specialist appointments where they tell me "oh we can;t work out what the problem is, it's all in your head so relax and it will go away" and in the mean time I'm in so much pain I"m taking a sicky every other day!

So yeah any tips on good traditional healing music would be awesoem thanks           I hate you, you hate me, we are all so hap hap happy!

Any music can be "healing" as long as you believe in it.

Try

They are all genuinely free so you can be assured that the creators had the intention to make the world a better place instead of being greedy for money.

Try http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Progressive_muscle_relaxation , the Interference track is perfect for me doing that. And it is soo relaxing. :-)

It's all a matter of what song strikes a chord within you. Another suggestion in terms of healing vibes, is to take up the didgeridoo. The drones can be very calming/focusing, and the circular breathing is very relaxing and oxygenating. It may be just the thing to help you focus on healing up. You can pick up a PVC one for under $20 USD. I'll even be glad to make and send you one if it helps.

I hope you start feeling better. Try the music, but also don't hesitate to get a second opinion (doctors) elsewhere.

I think I know what you need:

"Music For A Busy Head comprises seven works, each piece is written in a key that resonates with one of the main chakras or energy centres of the body. So, by listening to the album from start to finish the listener is given a subtle sonic massage. All the tempos on Music For a Busy Head are below 65 beats per minute, the average heart rate at rest. This will help draw the listener towards semi-consciousness where much of the body's best self-healing work takes place."
