The best headset you can get your hands on are imho Sennheiser's HD25, lightweight, easy to replace, compact. I think the HDJ-1000 are too bulky and it is not easily replacable either. Check out on the 25's Adam, you wont regret them, i have tried them before And is slightly more expensive than those two you have mentioned.

hey guys

i have the pioneer HDJ - 1000 and they are great ...very nice sound quality

..for me is very important when you play at a party only to hear the sound which runs on the headphones and not the sound is arround you ..and in this point the HDJ - 1000 is perfect...but i don't check the sennheiser ones ...sennheiser is a great company too ...so maybe check both ones befor you buy one ...

sorry about my bad english ...bye and much fun with your new haedphones ...nice greets tom

The Sennheiser hd25 is the best headphone in the world in my opinion.

The pioneers are very good, but 50mm drivers are too big for me and they are heavier than the sennheisers.

The technics are also very good.

DJing wise the sennheiser's are not as user friendly, hard to rest on your shoulder, but the sound is the best by a country mile.

Personal taste. But i will never buy any other headphones other than sennheiser hd 25.

My sony 700 broke they are not what the price suggests. Now i'm really interested in the HD 25. All the people here talk only good things of those. So I can´t wait to have them but i have one problem. They are about $280dlls, right? I'll have to save some money to buy them. Anyone knows a better price?           2 MINUTE CLIMAX TRANCE!!!

Simius, i think that is a fairly reasonable price, normally costs around 99 pounds [sterling]. Fair deal bro . One of the most appealing things about the HD25 is that every component part is user replaceable in the event of damage or wear and tear unlike most other headsets

Since you are in mexico, try this link

Hope it helps
