I love my 280s, they sound beautiful, but you can't trust anything they reproduce in terms of production, particularly bass :

Hm, yeah they do have quite a warm sound output, especially with the bass, dunno if it has a bit of fuzz.
though, most closed ear headphones seem to have that issue with bass.
I read alot of reviews online before purchasing my 280 pro, most were positive and some did say the bass was a bit more on top of the mids and highs. |

Now that is a hard rumour to crack.. Skazi does NOT use skullcandy.. That is way below his standard man.. It is sooo low to say something like that
He uses these:

for around Euro 250, look at Ultrasone 750 PRO for production. Great sound fidelity, not harsh at all, very comfortable. Not lacking in any frequency region, and they don't artificially boost any frequency. Comes with replacement velvet pads, two cords (one coiled, one straight), and hard case. Ultrasone stands behind their product 100%. .
For DJ use, seriously consider the AKG K-181. Awesome sound fidelity, good bass, 3500mW, response of 5-30kHz. Comfortable. Mini XLR cord.
found them for $150 on apple website. converts to ~Eur 120
