I tried the Sony MDRV700DJ and liked the Senn HD25 better.

Again, this is only a personal opinion

not 1200.
worth every nis.

i need something good for about 60 , but i really dont like the Senn design ! Actually i need something like Pioneer SE-DJ-5000 but - 100 bugs

I like the akg k501 that's what i got! great headphones!:D makes everything sound great. Also they won A LOT of awards, probably the best headphones in their price range...like $160?

Yes Tim You are right!
The specifications are different (if I remember right): diff. Frequency range, diff. loudness and diff. impedance (inner resistance).
So it's not possible to buy HD 25 SP-capsules for repairing the big brother (HD 25). ;-)

My personal benefits are:
- light weight
- very clear and brilliant sound (turbosound-style)
- comfortable at the ears (feels nice)
- closed concept (important for shure)
- very loud (but not queeeky when loud)

Killer.
