Heading to Rio.. any suggestions?

Hey All,
Im heading to Rio april 24th to 28th.. I've never been to Brazil before. Any general suggestions about what I should check out for nightlife? Or any particular parties happening then? Doesn't have to be psy exactly.. i listen to lots of far out music heheh. Any clubs/bars to see or avoid?
