about the mix :
It's agressive, too bright and the kick and bass are too low.

I'll have a look at the mix again tomorrow and will try to get the kick and bass a bit more up. Do you think some eqing will do the job or are the initial sounds too low?
I fear the brightness comes from the quick master-chain I wrapped over the track. I'll upload it unmastered the next time.

Now try to work on that hole in the low mids !
And stay away from those "master chain". It is always crazy, over processed, and fucks up a lot

it wasn't such a preset-masterchain, but one I did for another track with a dynamic eq, tape saturation and a limiter. but I was in a rush and the dynamic eq screwed the highs a bit. agreed on just using limiter in the future
do you think that hole in the low mids comes also from the bassline or are the sounds cutted too high?

sorry to spam, but I have seen that the recent changes made the meters crash on the buschannels and I can't edit my last post anymore. here is it with a bit lower volume and a bit more lower mid changes

I applied the changes now to the whole track and redid all cuttracks. are the drums too low now?

ive listened to only one version - master 4.5
its great! good job.
you can try make kick and bass louder up to ~ 5dB
but if you think its fine - leave it as it is..
really like to listen to it! respect.
