i ordered some weeks ago one cd.
in the package was:
* the cd i ordered
* 467 stickers + flyers ;-)
* 1 mushroom mag
* 1 lighter
* 1 psyinjection compilation for free (original cd!)
for sure i just had to pay the cd i ordered.
not bad... |

I used to order my cd's from tokyo kid's trance shop, and I don't know are there any connection between former trance-shop, and now psy-buy?!
It looks quite similar or is it just my imagination : )
Anyway, haven't used them, but I sure intend to..

Okay guys, after 7 weeks I got my CDs, but not all (I ordered on the 7th September 2008 and got them on the 23 October2008).
I ordered 10 CDs, but got only 7 items.
I ask the seller where are the rest and he answered me that 2 was not available and one he forgot to sent.
I tried to get my money back, but the seller wanted that I choosed some other CDs.
I choosed some new CDs, but now from the 5th November 2008 up today I get nothing and I will get nothing.
Beware he is a big liar.
He told me very often that he sent the CDs, but after weeks you will get nothing.
Also he told me very often that he was in the hospital.
Sometimes he don't answered on you mails, if you used the same e-mailaddress and the same topic.
I used a other e-mailaddress with a new topic and got strangly enough some answeres from him.
But only 2 or 3.
BEWARE THIS SHOP IS A FAKE AND THIS GUY IS A BIG LIAR AND CHEATER. |

Saikosounds and Psyshop have been doing it properyl for year, why go elsewhere!? I'd rather pay a bit more and not take the risk.

Well, Psyshop doesn't deliver to all countries, and their customer service is not among the best ones.
I wanted to order smtg from Psybuy, but after comments from the people who tried to do that, I give up.
Beatspace, Italian web store, is at this momment, the best choice for me.

Let it be to buy from PsyBuy, you will wait weeks or months to get your stuff or in the bad case you will see nothing.
The seller will answered also not very often on your mails, if he do that, then he comes with strange excusses like, "I was 5 week in the Hospital" or " I was waiting for a order from the distributer" and will telling you, that CDs are not so important in your life. |

I have no reason to doubt your words. I was just pointing out that we can't all use psyshop, simply because they do not deliver to all countries, so I have to use another web store to place my order.
Don't get me wrong, after all posts about how Psybuy treats their customers, I'm not going even to think about ordering from this shop.

you can also try the label directly or an artist? most are reliable and sell via paypal which gives you security as well.
never had problem with customer services in psyshop in the last 9 years. always respond promptly and work to resolve issues quickly. they also take paypal now which allows you to resolve any issue via their complaints procedure if the sell does not answer or send the product or if the product is defective.
just want to say my experience as well as have heard many negative things said about psyshop customer service but for me no experience of this at all!
