It's been running in my mind for a while now. hehe. Us guys rip stuff off everywhere. Has one had any copyright issue?  . Richard Linklatter would've been a billionaire if he sued everyone who ripped his movie's dialogues.
(Stupid Question, i know, but for the heck of arguement)

Most Psytrance does not make enough money on sales to be worried about all this.
If there has been little to no money made on an ablbum they will not sue.
Why would they spend 2 to 3 times the amount made on the album on lawers and court costs to get nothing out of it?
I just watched a docu. that was about copy rights and trade marks.
Technology has opened a huge can o worms with sample'in and remix'in of media, as long as your being original with the samples and your not rip'ing off Disney or Michael Jacksons music you'll be ok.( big dogs make there own rules, $ is king)
There are lots of small loop holes you can argue also like parody laws and Fair use...

I tought demension 5 has to change there name to Ra becouse of using samples?
