There is a new plug-in for vst compatible seqencer that laets you scratch wave files with your turntable. It works something like this:

Connect your turntable to your soundcards line and then load the plug-in and a wave file.
With the custom made 12" vinyl you get with the plug-in you can now scratch your favorite sample.
