Elven Tribe presents Harvest:
Greetings!
As some of you may know the regional council of Light Elves have been working night and day to bring you a Harvest Dance in the spirit of their Elvene ancestors. They’ve awoken from their meditative state and would like to invite you to join them the very last weekend of September for a gathering at their Forest-home.
At the moment we are working closely with the local Elf community to bring you additional information. What we do know is this particular tribe of elves have crafted a harvest gathering consisting of dance, art and assorted activities sacred to the contemporary Elf.

Haltya
~Translation~
The name Haltya comes from the Finnish word haltija, which is for elf, or female spirit with wings. It is basically a faerie spirit, although in the old Finnish mythology haltija can be almost anything. It was believed that a person consists of many spirits, haltijas.
