Harmonize records stole my track: Chloroplast - specific species.

Well i admit it isn't so gorgeous track, BUT STILL WHAT THE FUCK? They highlighted from beginning that they're going to send me contracts and pay for the track. I gave them it MISTAKENLY before anything reached me. BUT THEY SURELY PROMISED TO SEND EVERYTHING:

will add u to my msn again, and send u a copy of the mastered versio of ur track, so u can tell me what u think of the mastering

Yeah right HIPPIES, or more precisely FUCKING THIEVES. Moreover i didn't even get a notice when the comp was released. Also they didn't respond to my emails. Way to go!
PEOPLE PLEASE DON'T SUPPORT THIS SHITHOLE LABEL. LET THIS BE THEIR FIRST AND LAST RELEASE! OTHER ARTISTS WON'T BE HARMED, BECAUSE THE REWARD WASN'T DEPENDING ON SALES COUNT.
I'm going to put information here if they are trying to make some sense to this situation. |

well man you're a bit naive i think, after all its a new label like u said and its hard to trust in a way of giving the original wave file.. hope everything will be good, take it as a gift mate, release on a compilation with very high level artists!!! respect

As a gift.. WTF?! I think presenting this situation as a bidirectional problem only proves that you have watched too much hollywood movies. But thanks for caring, things run especially great atm. |

This is such bullshit. From what I have heard you have been quite hard to contact yourself.
I have known Dion for years and he is a very nice honest and trustworthy character.
I have told him about these threads and he said he will contact you immediately.
I have 100% faith this will be sorted out... but you know this kind of post is not a professional way to work.
Sorry you had to do this. It's a shame you have to defame a good label like this.

I totally agree with those points and feel kind of sorry to do this. But this brutal provocation seems to work. I already got connected by dion (who isn't nowadays part of the label anymore.) He helpfully promised to get wheels rolling on this mess. Let's see what happens next. No contacts have yet been made from the label itself, partly understandably because of the oldness of this case.
I have nothing against this label as far as things go as they should. It was an admirable and bold action from the label to publish tracks also from unknown artists like myself. It is still label's responsibility to put some effort on connecting artists and managing basic contracts etc. I gave needed information many times...
This thread should be absolutely removed if the label exhibits interest on my case and take care of undone things.

I'm usually not taking part of this kind of threads,
But as I know this label I must give my opinion.
I'm 99% sure there was a misunderstanding, sure you're right from your side not saying you're not,
But as I know this label I'm sure they did not meant to steal or hurt you in anyway.
We sold them 3 tracks ages ago and got the money in the exact time we agreed.
sure sometimes people have problems and a lot of things to take care of...
but I'm sure this is not a case of stealing or something like that.

Honest, I dunno know who is the responsible guy in this case, but I would not be surprised if those bad things happened once again in the psy business  Less and less labels are professional, or maybe can't be professional if the cd sales are plunging down in the hell...
The counterpart is that some artists cannot feel enough pro if they are not paid or badly paid. But that's the deal from the beginning when you decide to produce this kind of music |
