A great way to ensure all mixes are always in harmony is to classify all tracks by key at one certain bpm (e.g 140). Its not that hard either. |

basilisk ... im not dissing everyone in the city... but what you said "nice way to diss just about everyone in the city" indicates.. that what i said is true! lol , no?
theres a whole bunch of psy djs in the city that do mix... , e.g. Leon, Digbeez, Waltix, Creosantis, Basilisk, that dude that spins for hulla...., and more...
but many dont.... u know waht, i dont even care about that.... what i care about is that ... people are pussies to speak out... and big up all those djs after they use autobeatmatch and still dont mix right! |

All right, then you're not dissing "just about everyone", just the majority. What's the difference?
I didn't feel it was worthwhile to specifically debunk your claim since it is obviously not the case. I know this from first-hand experience over the years. Sure, not everyone in the city is a bonafide deck wizard, but our locals keep the crowd a-rockin' even when the big-name headliners disappoint, and thats what really matters.
I've got a very picky ear... I don't have a high opinion of the skills of *all* our locals, of course, but even with the ones I don't like they're still beatmatching. I've never seen that automix in use, but then again, when spinning neo-full on, who needs it? |

...are we talking about the Diatonic scale or the Harmonic scale?
Whole whole half, whole whole half; the diatonic scale in the key of C major. Or the or whole half whole, whole half whole and a half, half; the harmonic scale in the key of C minor?
SO when we speak of Harmonic mixing, what we are really speaking of Harmonious mix. Sounds funny to putting things in to words. |
