Proudly presenting our premier album release introducing ION on his debut album "Ionized". Get prepared for a spectral flight in to neo full on psychedelic groovy sounds
with atmospheric samples and blasting dance floor vibes. 22 year old Giannis Geragelos is the solo artist behind the project ion, who is one of the most promising upcoming musicians from Greece. After studding classical music and composition his attempt on psy-trance proves that he has a great future ahead of him and many smashing dance-floor
shakers to come. He has previously released tracks under another project called P.O.G on Discobole records (compilation under the name “Frequencies”) and on the first Harmonia cd "Perception". The album covers a variety of stiles from progressive melodic, morning grooves to full on old school psychedelic sounds capes Mystical guitars and funky dancy sounds, combined with contemporize kicks and bass lines ready to propel the dance floor into hyper-space ,at any time. good luck with the release!
ION was a very old electro-experimental project from Athens, Greece, for those too young to know. There were also some releases on a Greek independent label back then. I am sure it's just the same name now, nothing to do with this old ION, which was in the early '90s.
