Well I have been saving and going little by little to get started, first I got Yamahas MS 80 M (for my djing first last year), now I have finally purchased a new computer so for this year:
- Audio interface, probably and Audio kontrol 1, nothing fancy I am just starting
- DSI Mopho Keyboard, cause I dont have a KB controller and it will be a nice piece to learn from.
- Kontrol x1 to cover my needs for djing since I sold my cdj's.

- a bigger mixer
- a logical accoustic treatment based on mathematics of my room
- a new affordable guitar or a new affordable violin.
That is the plan for this year.
And in best case a recording booth diy style but that is not a must be done in 2011 plan that's indeed a wish so far.

i just want to get the insulation on our attic done to move my studio up there, a nice floor and proper acoustic treatment.
i'm in 3x1.8m², what is definetely too small, i can't control the bass so i'm usually on headphones since some time.
and a new laptop. nothing fancy, i5 is sufficient. |

Odd hardware buy...I'm in Instabul and I got an Oud!
(this is an Oud)
...for 150TL (75euros) off a merchant in the Grand Pazar. He started me off at 250TL! It's got a jack input as well so its probably electroacoustic. Finished tuning it in Arabic tuning. Sounds pretty good, hope the pick up in it is not too shabby.
I bet they buy it for like 50TL...
Peace out.

Dunno how much it costs, but being a humbucker bass pick up lover, my self, may I suggest the Ibanez Soundgear. I've had it for about 4 years and I Love it!
