it's not cheese holday!
its a holiday where you eat milk products and vegtables. i really have no idea why though
kids also like to throw water at eachother, and shavuot extremists throw eggs too

shame on you ppl!
this is not the "cheese holiday",
in this holiday we are sapose to eat and bring the firstborn of the land. the finest vegtables and milk products should be putt in a basket and brought to jerusalem to "beit-hamikdash". this is one of "shloshet haregalim". Shavuot symbolize the begining of a new year, the first fruits of the land. they should be shared with the ppl and god.
among the years we changed it a little bit
i dont know how the woter thing came in... maybe because its damn hot
a piece of cultures information.... have a good time. |
