Happy/Nostalgic dj-set ending Progressive track.

At Fusion festival I've heard this track a number of times.

I can't really describe it other than being used a lot as a set closing track and like I mentioned before, a rather happy/nostalgic melodic progressive track with a electroish bassline.
As well is this track similiar to that of the style of Daydin.

Would anyone know of which track I'm talking about?
