If you don't have this file, how do you write here?
Try deleting that file from C:WindowsSystem and then you'll really need it :-)

If you have problems with it, it's not because of kernel. It's because something else is fucked up and the problem is dragged to the kernel file.

Al Tip 2 things...
seriously:
backup your files, and plugins,
and remove cubase.
then get a normal cubase, and install it.
this may help.
joke:
windoz is a very shaky system, i really am impressed by the fact it can run without a kernel.
maybe i'll purchase a copy of windows now.

Windows without a kernel is like a car without an engine or a computer without a CPU.

I imagine this:
"Error! CPU not found! Please consult the manual for more information."
:)

You have the file kernel32.dll (not karnel), just type it in find. The problem is with Cubase - just reinstall it or something.

i have to agree with mike A

u have damn kernel.dll but cubase don't want to work on your Pc

i think that you have installed cubase on win xp
if you did ? try 5.0.r version might help

and never try to download dll files from the net that crush you Pc always

BTW : you wrote help with "a" and kernel with "a"
maybe it's a kind of "dislekziya" if you know whats it means in hebrew

Mike.A you need to write a book that contains jokes about CPu and kernel.dll
for example --------   my Pc have a dll file called "Gates.dll" that file crush you Pc and make blue screen vieweble every ten minutes but i brought full version of windows XP and file just dissappear
