there's two options one is the import button and the 2nd one and the easiest imo is inside the keyzone,
in halion click the keyzone button then right click above any note in the grey screen, choose insert sample and do the same for any sample you want to import- just choose different note,
halion has 4 stereo outs and 4 mono outs- you can choose different output channels for the audio samples- it's just near the channel number- there's so much more options- read the manual mate
