The only ways I can think of would be,

i. Route delay samples to different outputs than dry samples, then place your delay on the channels you want.

ii. Effect the samples in sound forge or other editor before loading them into halion.

I don't think that you can map a range for the effects in halion (maybe you could if it had a built in effects section).

Each sample has an option to route it to a different output.
So whatever needs delay go to output one, whatever needs flanging goes to output two, etc etc.
The outputs show in the mixer (f3).
Notice that some outputs are mono while others are stereo.

(cant edit the post)....
ill explain again what is my problem....
im working on cubase SX and i do my percussions with halion i loaded several samples to program1 and i hear them ok... i want to add some delay to some samples whille the rest of the samples wont get effected.
i can route the samples i want to delay to other program and i can route the other program to other output and add delay... but in this way i have to use another midi channel to control the two programs...
so is there a way to use just one program and rout some samples to other output and if its possible how do i do it?
10x in advance and sorry for too much questions...

no possible my friend if it is in the same channel.
if you put on one channel any effect(no matter what),all the channel will be effected from the effect.so all your samples will get the delay if you will put it on channel one.for the delay there is no meaning that you have in the channel one 10 samples---for him it is just another channel :-]
if you want it not to be effect just do as mike told you(it is the best and only way0and open another channel in the sx include to choose another out put in the halion-import the only samples for exemple that you want to put on them delay...thats all--most easy i think.
good luck           Check out my music page - free music , new style and more :)
