hi there
i´ve been trying to tune my sound samples with pitch from cubase ..but i have lots of samples that dont say wich note they are.I use audio>statistics from cubase but i notice that is not ttotally precise.

Is there any vst/plugin that might help??

cheers

Most spectrum analyzers will have a scale of what note is being played (it just replaces the frequency with what note is in that frequency range). Wherever the highest frequency lies is what note the sample is.

Esx24 from logic was pretty good ..is there any similar vst that works on cubase??

That would let us play the notes of a certain sample ?

cheers

EX24 is a sampler right?!
DiscoDSP Highlife and rgc:audio SFZ are very simple and free.

And there's Halion, Kontact, etc that are more complete.
There are also some good dsp samplers..
