it would be hard to judge that simply like you did
stories on tv are been told and shown every day, i just hope you dont believe anything they have to say

i no need tv for that!

i have many friends visiting there...

you know how many people have been killed in in india this year because of religion?

there is very barbaric cruelties right now because of religious tensions between christians and hindus! not to mention islam vs hindus!

Bros India is no barbaric country.. what you are hearing about is politically motivated Violence. It s not like people are dying all over the country everyday due to communal or Religious tensions.. Maybe it s not nice and peceful here.. There are negative elements everywhere that people like us with a positive bent of mind need to fight with our ideas and thoughts! Its the same even there in Israel I am sure!

Indian girl set ablaze for wearing lipstick - reports

- Child, 11, burnt for lipstick

Reuters reported yesterday that anti-Christian violence by Hindu mobs in India's eastern state of Orissa continues as Pope Benedict XVI condemned the violence and Italy's foreign ministry said it would summon India's ambassador to demand "incisive action" to end the violence. As further detailed in a Christian World News report on Wednesday, the violence against Christians began after the murder of Hindu leader Swami Laxmanananda Saraswati and four of his disciples last Saturday. More than a dozen churches have been attacked and eleven people have been killed. The Orissa High Court ordered the state government to deploy army personnel to stop the violence, but 3000 police deployed on Thursday have so far been unable to do so.

It s a colonial hang over from the british occupation that a lot of my countrymen need to get over.. Sad it is is reflecting on the young and forward thinking generation of us Indians in cities like Bangalore and Mumbai...

India is so big and Diverse you just cant generalise it.. Parts of the country is still way behind while sections of it has progressed... You need to take care but It still is a lot of fun!           ********************************************

He would surely do so if he could.
The Indian authorities won't let him get his passport back without a trial, the Israeli autohorities don't want to get involved cause he's charged of possesion and intent to sell drugs.
Quite a complicated situation...

^^ Indeed a very complicated situation. Some artists have put together an album to help pay for the legal fees: http://forum.isratrance.com/va-free-technodrome-compiled-by-bloodclot-ultravision-records-cd001-jan2009/41-142231/

Dear Alias: I am not going to waste my time arguing with your ignorance but what i am going to say is that you can pick up as many articles as you would like about madness in India: but hell there is madness all around the world and some worse and some not so worse- but shit is going down all over the world- but to take 2 articles and sum up n say that india is not the place for tourism and fun is stupidity!!
please x 100 think and write!

Inida is not the place for psy trance party ,sorry but the situation there is not the best for this kind of activity,i advise dj's to avoid ANY booking in this country ,honestly, its too dangerous for a mans freedom .

visiting there for tourism and fun ,YES ,SURE !
,but not psytrance releated activity ,this is not the 90's anymore (unfortuntly)

Shay ben Hayon was clean from ANY drug use ,but what are those crazy and not respnosible laws about charasganja ???
me personly cant find a reason to visit a country with such a fascist drug laws...
fascist drugs law's uselly means fascisem in general

(again ,this is my personal point of view)

people of india ,start being activists and first thing ,work to modify the local drug law ,uselly the rest follows (slowly, but follow's)

^^^ i think the ppl of india have way more important thing to fight for and be activists about than the legalization of drugs and psytrance parties!

it is unfortunate that the scene has changed but we cant blame anyone except ourselves for the situation. we have dug our own holes!

yes we have the most corrupt government officials in the world but this is not something that is unknown/new and maybe the most important thing to work on right now...to clean the system and weed out that shit rather than fight for better drug laws!

im really sick of people talking that psy trance parties/drugs is the most important things to fight for!
there are ppl dying of starvation in india for gods sake!!

*lovenlight*, please don't waste your time on ignorant replies on this thread (Fascist?! wtf?!). kids around here use big words they don't even understand. You have a beautiful country and a whole different culture, which is the best thing- otherwise people wouldn't fall in love with India. it's just that sometimes people's reactions are based on ethnocentric views, and forget what's going on in their own country...
