NOTES
The main idea of this set was to put together all tracks that has marked my DJ career into the progressive life.
Personaly, I don´t like to mix same groups in the same set, but in this case I did an exception. And what exception!
I want to thank all these producers for making such quality music and say this was the first Set that I´ve ripped in 320kbps, because it´s something I want you to keep forever and in high quality.
First of all, I want to say many thank´s and congratulate ANDRE ABSOLUT. For those who don´t know, this guy stopped producing like 3 years ago and now he´s focus on studying Jazz and making Websites. But, in my opinion,
this was (and is) THE BEST PRODUCER OF ELETRONIC MUSIC OF ALL TIMES, followed by Cosma. He is really the "Pelé" of the emusic. He puts beautiful melodies, hypnotic percussions, fat bassline, all together, with an unique creativity that no one can do even similar to that. So all applauses for Andre, please!
Secondly, I wanted to remember the beginning of D-Nox & Beckers. Nowadays it can be "pop", but in 2005 till 2007, listening "Switch" or "Jet Lag Slave" was something special for everyone! And those tracks can be called hymns, without a doubt.
Also want to remind and congratulate others big names of Progressive music, Greed, Dousk, Shiloh, Elegant Universe. Again, some of them stop producing, so if you knew how good they were, you´re lucky! And here´s a chance to know them better, in case you don´t do yet.
It´s a Special Edition of Hypnotic Session series not because the mixing skills are great. It´s special because we´re talking about huge names that helped a lot the famous "emusic scene" and influenced a lot my life into the "low bpm".
It´s difficult to express in words (specially in English, lol) what this Set means to me. So I prefer to do it through this music journey, where I am sure, I consider my best set ever.

Hey guys! Thank´s a lot for your kind words and support! 
Well, I am trully happy ´cause I just got an email answered by Andre Absolut, and he said what he´s doing nowadays, etc. He has a band of Jazz called Corners of a Circle ( www.corners.ch ) and he´s also working as web developer at company www.zeitgeist.ch .
I asked him if we will have someday a chance of re-seeing his perfomance live, in an eletronic music party... I think I know the answer, but it´s always nice to dream!

3 tracks from Greed in a set is all I needed to know. Tobi's tracks are consistently among the best in the game.
This is a brilliant set and a worthy tribute to some of the finest producers out there. |
