When guests enter threads does it count toward the view count?

Good question.
Al I know is that there are a few sections that guests can not enter (like 'Parties'  )

You better ask special anti-drug police forces hunting down the parties even in the Internet. Of course there is no problem to register and to do that, but that is a little more secure ...
