People are talking about making a groovy bassline, and a fullon bassline!! What's the different?

Hi folks,
I agree with UIU. Groove is a very subjective concept.
Try that: make your bassline then try to dance it. As billy said, feel the bass.
There are many types of groove, just find yours !!!
