Muon tao bassline, search on google and find it. It's pretty good... can produce same/similar sound to those full on basslines... if that's what you're after.
How am I supposed to hallucinate with all these swirling colors distracting me! |

For the ultimate bassmachine, u should get the Spectrasonics Trilogy VST. It contains loads of bassounds.. it has a 3gb library of bassounds only.
For a simpler VSTi we use the Albino so maybe u wanna check that out. For the kicks i cant think of any Vsti so make ur own or get sampled ones.. u should search more in the forum i think there is a topic about kicks..

get the tau-pro its better. alot of ppl also uses the vb-1. dont expect the machine to create killer bass by herself. you have to EQ and comperss it.
for kicks I prefer using a pre made kick on mono audio channel, works best for me.
p.s I wish I could get the trilogy. heard alot about it. does it takes alot of CPU?

kick - also use a pre made kick in a sampler
base - VB1, Tritium, TBL, Muon Tau (i think they r all free...) I like the vb1 quite a lot although its getting a bit overused in psy,
as billy just said, any of these will need some really smart eq and compression to get that punchy and clean baseline....

I use Tau Pro for bass (2 osc saw+sine), and Stomper for kicks - although I stole the kick I used in my last 2 tracks from friends
