Good to know! Pato Mergulhao vs. Trancendence

The biggest rave party of the Center-West region, Trrancendence, it happens on the last four years at Valle da Esperanca in Alto Paraiso - GO, this place is situated one kilometer of the Particular Reserve of Patrimônio Natural (RPPN). Because of this particular reason one technician report emitted by the ambient agency did not approve the accomplishment of the event. According to report of the Ibama (the brazilian ambient agency) , beyond the depredation, the risk is with the local fauna. In the region, it has some rare animals and in extinguishing risk, as the duck Pato-Mergulhão, that come to RPPN because the big visitings on the National Park that is situated 15km from the Party Place. Almost five thousand people are there on this momment kick some dust.. 
I know that Trancendence has nature concepts and ecologic ideias.. but.. bytheway...
The question is... is it correct make a party near of a Particular Reserve that there are animals and in extinguishing risk ?
Most of this information I got on the local news.

Only technicians on the subject could answer that (as biologists for instance)
In spite of me to have gone several times to Trancendance, if the festival damages the environment I would support Pato mergulhão!

yes, I agree with you.
So.. if festivel happened on the last 4 years and never occours ( who knows ?) with the local nature, maybe (i was thiking) it is an tactic of the State to cancel the party or something like it... (who knows?)
But for sure if is confirmed that the Party damages the environment, the correct decision its stay with Pato Mergulhao!

i agree, from what I've heard there has been a lot of deliberately negative press towards raves in Brazil recently. this may well be true but also could be another example of the media trying to paint raves in a bad light.... definitely worth finding out the facts so that you can use the internet as a tool to spread the truth rather than propogate rumours which damage the scene.
