music shope is on dizingof 72 if im not wrong..
any way i would say they have "fair" prices..
but not realy "fair" costumer treatment :)
but go cheak it out , tweak some knobs !

I'll give them this - they want to sell and they do it hard. about customer service - im not their customer so i am not aware of any problems. |

I ordered a Virus and got it, hmm, 3.5 MONTHS AFTER THE PROMISED DELIVERY DATE, DAMN IT! And I got loads of pity excuses. And the thing is, I finally got it only after I turned to TSI (the international distributor of the Virus {and the Q, BTW}), which contacted Music shop in order to fasten the delivery.
Maybe that's because i ordered a keyboard version, dunno. One thing is sure - A promise should be kept, and "Music shop" haven't done so. A shame they're a monopoly in (most of) the musical equipment business here in Israel.

Another good idea is to buy second hand GEAR...
couse gear can last for a long time - and there're ppl who want to sell!
a good classifieds can be found on the act.co.il website.

it's bad u had an shit experiance with them ...
BUT
they r really nice people !
and they always willing 2 help ...
u just need 2 understand some times they have a lot of work !
anyway go there !
it's the only shop u can actually play around ...
for freq :

it's no secret that anything related to the music - software, instruments, amps etc. costs much more in israel than abroad.
so what should make me pay more then ?

no.
something else: service/tech support maybe presents (e.g. if i buy a virus i get a plugs bundle by waves)..
and if i don't have this - meet me in customs.

we have 17% tax in israel ...
we pay in $ but earn in nis ..
