Why do you want to make that kick when you own sound so much cooler?
Really i mean it. I think your kick sounds great. It just need a lowcut og highpass filter because its got alot of really deep freqs that just distorts.
Its all about the pitch bend. To me the kick you want to make starst higher and falls faster.
You should not use a spectrum analyser at all. Use you years only.

it all about how you pitch bend your kick.
try to pitch bend the kicks first 15-25ms more.
also try a sine wave 80hz...or 100hz.

Thanks.
The kick is proberly made the same way as yours but there are billions of way you can pichbend it man. It all about the curve.
I think you are to focused on what you can see. Dont look at the wave or spectrum meters and try to recreate what you see. Just listen and analyse the sound with your mind.
Also you say that the wave "goes down". This has nothing to do with how the kick sounds!
Thats one reason not to focus on the graphics. |

put the kick in a sampler and experiment with envelopes aswell as picth....
you talk about the kick, but the kick should work in context to the bass and percs and everything else, so instead work on that... a kick can sound good on its own or it can sound bad, but that wont say much cause its supposed to be used with other elements...
basicly what you can do is keep experimenting..

try the graphic fade in soundforge to remove all the shit between the attack and the tail of the kick(usually neer 400hz),after that you don t need lot of eq . |
