Good Places In Amsterdam?

Hello again!
Anyone can recommand on good places in amsterdam, like reallllly must be - coffeeshops or clubs???

OK, out in Amsterdam there is a coffee shop, a little place with the most incredible interior design and widest selection of great kind buds. When they used to enter themselves in the yearly Cannabis Cup they used to win all the first prizes for Coffee Shop and Indoor Hydro and Indoor Soil GRASS. Now since the CUP has become too commercial they stop entering. The place... De Dampkring is located in Koeningsplein (Kings Plain) on a street called Hooderstraat (I think). Ask around to the locals and they will tell you. Strange things had happened to me in that place. I sat in a chair that only an hour prior Lenny Kravitz was sitting in, and the rest of my vacation there I was looking all over town for Lenny but couldnt find him. Nonetheless, enjoy yourself there. |

Where's the MONEY, Lebowski????
As far as clubs, I can't really help you, but around this time start a lot of outdoor events and parties... Last year I was there in Ultricht for an event with about 100 d.j's on some five stages... Ella Gutmann was there and some other DJ from Israel, but I dont remember who. Some 70,000 people in the crowd. Just keep your eyes and ears open when you get to holland, and dont be ashamed to open your mouth and ask people. they are very friendly. |
