I know its a cliché BUT I still think there was way more groundbreaking music in the "good old day". Labels like Eye Q, Hard House, Superstition and many more.. spitted out one amazing tune after another.

I used to like going to psychedelic parties, where you didn't know what the fuck to expect music-wise. Except that you would get more variation than at any genre-specific night/venue, and you could bop and bounce the night away with a silly grin.
