The sample comes from an old rock&roll song by a band called 'The crazy life of Arthur Brown'
maybe many others have used the sample... but the original comes from arthur brown, and the track that a3k was looking for is Mental Vortex.

Yeah, there's a good chance it's the excellent Scatterbrain track "Mental Vortex" of their brilliant album Infernal Angel...
