i think when i'm on lsd i can see the god within the people around me, maybe its the aura and the energy of every individual which represents life itself, the flame within you and how you co-exist with the universe, the energy and life of nature, the trees-flowers-sea-sky-animals-mankind and how everything become one, i dont really believe in god, its the spark of life within you, hidden knowledge of thousands of years and evolution...
then i smile and keep on dancing
havent see any "guy" in white with a long beard though yet & i really dont think this type of god exists

of course it does, it is just only in our own heads. whoever creates a god in his head looking like that, that is exactly what he is gonna see in a higher state of consciousness at a truly psychedelic party. it is just an archetype. i really dont think that god looks like any of those descriptions from any religion. i have spent really a lot of time with each religion on this earth reading their scriptures and myths but i was by no means persuaded that god is any if that. it is just a symbol to visualize the energy better. like for instance if you wanna direct your vision to a new beginning and end of an old time, it is just good to visualize shiva as a destroyer and creater of words. but you could take any of the other deities and their symbolic powers and visualize them also, from any religion. and still it is not god. god is all, that is, he is the good and evil together, the creation and the destruction together. we are too much focusing on only one side of the cosmic energy, and forget that god is beyond dualities. he cannot be only light or only dark, he is both, he is everything.
that is why i prefer to think of god as a frequence. sound frequence, visual frequence, any frequence from the world we percieve. i prefer to see the objects of the material worlds as frequence too, some of them have a frequence that is within the spectrum that i can perceive, some are not. and then again you have the whole meaning of entheogens, which means plants with which you can see god. if i am on shrooms, i can perceive even more frequences that i couldnt perceive within my spectrum before. so all is a frequence at the end. our brain is a frequence. even we ourselves are just a frequence.
i saw this type of god only twice, the christian and actually i saw his son and not god himself and he was telling me that i should smoke less chillum but then he left me. never seen him again. i have seen also the vast variety if hindu deities many times, especially durga i see pretty often, she is even more evil than kali, i love to see her energy at parties and have her everywhere at home too. but still it is not god, it is just a symbol in our heads....
and quite a lot of deities i saw while i was putting the visuals of a party dedicated on the tibetan book of the dead. wow that was intense....all the time deities. ...the preparation was more spiritual than the party itself

sorry but how can you refer to a scene which is 100 small scenes even if we dont have 100 different names for the styles. it can not be A scene. it is just YOUR scene.
but i could say for instance, you have at least 6 main sub scenes in the psy trance scene and in between of that you have another 5 in each of them. its like a fractal. so you can for instance talk about noise poison scene or electrypnose scene or kindzadza scene or whatever. well whatever. you can have a nice go to hell with the drug and dance scene at the end. as i already said forget god. he is not even slightly interested in a drug and dance scene. this is a place for another one, a fallen angel. may be you can see at least him. or you just take your drugs and are happy. i think that one of th emain things psy trance ever did, was to fragment. one of the best things ever.

interesting topic!
of course i understand people can get upset, its normal, we are humans...
so i have not seen only good at parties but i have seen bad there... 
but im sure i will see good at a party someday!
what i would like to go back to is this inner voice we all have and which we can lose in times of darkness and times were we dont listen to it and ignore it and just keep going... well we keep going to wrong direction straight into darkness.. remember darkness and light is only picture of feelings... good or bad feelings... thats how i see it
my only advice is follow your inner voice with the good feeling.. if you lose it and keep going into darkness you will find light again if you are not very unlucky and it all goes very wrong... still i believe that you can find back again even if it all goes terribly wrong... but you will regret that you didnt stop it when you could have... cause we can all say stop!!
train one self to put limits.. and fight for light
we must believe in good.. believe in bad and you probably are very angry with your self... i know i been and i know i wanna fight for light... that is what matters....
when i see people take care of the nature when they party, when they respect nature they will respect others that live in it aswell...
this is not a easy task.. we have to fight!

we see god all around us everyday, in nature, in ourselves, in the sun and the moon, everytime you look into a friends' eyes.
religions have created this view that god and the spiritual world is something external, like god is up there and we are down here. i think we are much more connected than that. the spiritual world is all around us just like the physical 'reality' that we see and we can connect with it if we choose to.

I see it the same way.Its not bout here or there or where?.. ,god,supreme or spiritual collectif massif energy is everwhere where life exists.If its in a high mind expanding or a deep sobber samadhi meditation.
Call it what you want,as long as the aim is something good or positive we have the same way.Spirituality and religion are to me two different paths.Spirituality is a expirience and more devotion whereas religions could be programms which from time to time become dangerous.Well I believe religions can be very good way though,as long as its with gratitude its same. |

well .........was walking on this beautiful road called life ...looking all around ...... enchanted by the beauty of the flowers and trees and got carried away and then started fooling around .....came then a stone .... i stumbled and was about to have a big fall with my face turned down and a stranger with no gender ....no face & no religion caught me and prevented the fall ..... and i saw GOD ..................... in the parties it was only flowers and beads
To focus sometimes you need to spin hard on your soul's axis..... just don't ask how and what it means ;) |
