whattt roots?! nuddin big happening in goa nowdays, same fullon music in each party same police coming to bust them...
i went there and saw nuddin- the new place for the psychedelic family in india is on the other side, andaman islands, where the police dont care and the locals incourge it-
go go to the andamans, this is the new goa of 93-94 as i imagine it- good vibes, good vitamins, good ppl.

tokolosxi...i just returned from there after spending one month there (the limit is 45 days)on havelock island which is the most touristic one in the andamans (but not merly as goa) and it was phuckin paradise...sandy beach's and cristal clear water, and not half as expenseive as goa...
there were no parties going on there, and the few that tried had only partial success- but it all changed when we got there-
we made 3 parties, i was playing my SA and old Goa style music and ppl were blasting with amazing sunrises...
my friends who are still there planing to keep the spirit up, coz this place is mind blowing, perfect for the acid vibes...
this is really back to the source- free partys on the beachs and in the forests
photos will be added soon when ill get my lazy ass doing it...ull see by yourself

This isn't going to be a very popular opinion but I have to say that hearing about parties on the Andeman islands makes me kind of sad. Why not just nuke the place and have done with it? Of course the people there encourage parties - they were devastated by the Tsunami and are desperate for every bit of foreign cash they can find to rebuild what was destroyed - but having parties there will cause more harm than good in the long run IMO. I still shudder when I think about some of the things tourism has done to Goa and other places in India, and the people who live there.

Whether it's going to happen by throwing parties there , or setting up dive operators with their boats polluting the water , or setting up hotels and inviting rich fat Western tourists to come fuck their land,or the next 7/11 , or Mcdonalds etc. etc.....it's bound to happen in this World we have created.It has happened to every cool spot I have visited in the last 15 years.And if these people are desperate for cash and you don't want to grant them the possibillities of earning money , you thereby don't grant them the same possibillities as yourself living in your comfy apartment in London or New York to jump on a plane or surf the internet or to go smoke a joint in Amsterdam etc. etc...If they don't want to earn xtra cash or people coming and screwing up there land , fair enough ,we should all help to put an end to these people who wanna pollute their land .
And if you are saying this is making you sad , then what is happening all over this beautiful planet of ours ,should depress the hell out of you...and just that on its own would be an endless topic to discuss.So to put and end to all this exploitation, we will have to tackle the roots of all this evil..... It's life brother .What to do? |

word...and just to be clear about this, its not all of the andamans just one island...most islands you dont have a permit to go there, since those one's dont want any tourist there (indians included)...
and i really dont see how parties will destory the place up...whats the big deal of people diggin on the beach with music?
is that a crime or sometha?
the one thing that will make that island or any other to goa is if the locals will decide to do it... i mark'd this place for you as an opposition to goa 2006...definetly not as a new commercial goa...
