i am very interested to know who authorised *when the lights go out* for this comp as it was certainly not Beathackers or myself. please get in touch asap if you have any info. this is the third track that i made in israel that has been released without my permission with some even going out unfinished.
It is illegal to release music without the permission of the artist...if you are thinking about putting a cd out with my name involved please be aware that i in no way consent to release without a contract signed by me for the work i am attached to and have not authorised anyone except for agitato records to speak for me.

check your (or beathackers) contract (if there is one) with agitato (or whoever first released your track) regarding their ability to "forward your track" (resell) as a label to other labels or sublabels. this is not the first time i've seen stuff like this, most of the time its due to what i just wrote about...
if youre interested to know more artists this happened to pm me and i will connect you to them and see what you can do to correct this or avoid this in the future.

I dont think anything can be done, as Agitato has the rights to your material now and that means that they have the right to resell it with or without your permission. Hopefully, I am wrong.

Micheru when you signed the contract with Agitato there was a licensing section saying for how long time the label licensed your track,for which regions and what percentage you will get from the label relicensing your track to the aggreed regions.
If you havent signed a contract then its your mistake.
If you got a contract with no licensing aggreements mentioned on it then contact Agitato and ask them if they gave permission to YSE to release your tune,if yes then you did a mistake signing such a contract no mentioning license details,if Agitato didnt gave permission to YSE (which i doubt a lot) then feel free to sue YSE and claim some big money.

my neme is tokage running the label SIRIUS RECORDS has the right of track "Love of my life-Dali". we didnt make any permission of the licence of this track to anyone.....so this information is wrong information...please delaite the all wrong infomation
immiditry Silent Scream....also this yellow bla bla label need to delaite all wrong infromation on cyberspace immiditry.
basicly we are very pissed off on this case. |
