i like it...

fairly well written music, it have a taste of oldschool in the mix, even if the kick is a bit overpowered

but for the goa standard which tecnique was never the most important, i think it pretty good actualy

if you are up to release this kind of music, you will soon have people interested.

i always get a impass with the kick, hear some new school goa (daze our lives-filteria) and some old school, and u can see the difference, but i hard to find the right one for the style of the track

im releasing on soundcloud, im a new producer, no label or something, maybe in the future i will achive some expansion in my music

I like the Old-school vibe.. nice melodies.. the mix probably could use some more, er, mixing, but that should come with time.

Nice track! Mix-vise you could maybe learn something by a/b ing extensively between your track and a released track in the same style that you really like (that's how i try to learn about mixing - i'm also still learning : )

im buy some good phones soon, maybe that would be possible...

but u mean like

hearing a good mixed track i could see the difference between kick, bass, instruments volume, low mids highs...

thats hard shit, im EQing my tracks, cuting low's and some high's but the main problem is to make the volume of everthing good...i always turn louder the sound, then low the sound, then the kick is not audible, then bass is to loud...

stuff like that, im only using cheap old speakers with a fucking horrible notebook soundboard (i need to buy a external soundbord to have NORMAL volume in ears phone

Just load a really good track into your project to see what's possible and how the two compare - like in a dj fashion...that can be REALLY hard and i have to force myself to do that, but that's the way how i try to learn it...(read it in some interview). That should help also with bad monitors - of course, to really hear, you want some decent monitors, an audio interface and good acoustics but you can train your ears until you have these things! The only other tip i can give you, is to do EQ and Processing always with the other tracks running (not soloed), because if you do it in solo mode you're not fitting the sound with the track but just to itself! Hope that helps, nice track man!!!

seems hard to do that, how can i have an ideia of EQ working in a track just hearing?im faar way of being able to do that..
but maybe with i fit the "same "parts of a goa track and fit in mine i would be able to see something..

i did this yesterday to match my track volume with an artist music...the problem is the track on my ableton project was giving a gain volume on the artist track cause i got Master channel with mastering stuff           https://soundcloud.com/ancientaliengoa

The Kick base are uneven, kick are bit high, and the base seem to lie abit in the background.
You could bring some clarity in too it.
Nice oldschool vibe.

5.12 the lead is too overpowering in the mix, little bit harsch to my taste also.

i tend to fix my kick always, cause when its balanced with the intial and mid parts of the track it seems ok, when turn in the full melodies and explode after a break you barely hear the kick

soo i take 4 different goa musics and see the re is no rule, there is some strong kicks you can hear all the track, there somes "Coct" dull you barely can hear on the main part...

im doing a new track i hope its more balanced!the bassline is much better

thats pure Filteria influence, i love those 1/16th LEADS

theres many Goa producer who play different velocitys on melodies, some even not a full lenght like this one           https://soundcloud.com/ancientaliengoa
