some bassline that had real impact on the floors
after 1,45 that wake up the dead
one of my all time fav after 1,20 mixed at the right time and faster the bassline and the whole tune shake the dancefloor hard

james monro i still remmeber one of his set in 97 or 98..i think technossomy played live that night too but i m not really sure.. just i know it was one of the best party i went, the crowd was crazy, on fire.. danced all night to amazing goa ,great vibes ,all smiling so happy it was magic and the sound pff if he make you a set like that you gonna enjoy
and i bet beat agency gonna play trance africa express for the 5000 times haha joking.. would love to ear him play , just not this tune overdose

Satori are Sean Williams - Process and Pete Martin - Slide.. Pete Martin was one half of the duo named UX. Also Kris Kylven (Syb Unity Nettwerk, EON..) other half of UX helped them writing the first Satori stuff.

my guess was good then funny.. the sound production is kinda similar to ux and some synth patch melodie too !
still have that beast vinyl somewhere, it was really experimental twisted ! but i like more the sound a la ux slide.. some of their tune are some of my all time fav , i really like one of slide but can t find it back

Nomad Moon which sequencer are you using? TAL plugins are great, especially juno emulation as POM already mentioned, and Bassline plugin, very good emulation of Roland's SH101. Buy a copy of Computer Music magazine, you will find a lot of useful stuff on its DVD. Cheap guitar pedals work very well for goa like stuff. Here you can get good free samples:

Crnorizec Hrabar btw do you know what they used to make kicks ? about the mackie still a lot use it like saturator but i think not all sound good, my friend with who i made lot of music had vlz 24/4 and when we tried it didn t sound good . i think the one that sound good is the 1202 some producers even with gears that cost way more are still using them for their sound and maybe cause daft punk made lot of hit using it lol

or sds5.. i know its simmons drums, but not exactly sure about the correct model. But all simmons drum modules sound similar.
About Process i am not sure, but i know that he owned a huge modular system, and was playing with sound design, so i assume that he made his own kicks using synths. He have really nice tuned kicks in all of his songs. If someone knows more about Process stuff, please share some knowledge!
Ps: I am not much familiar with mackie mixers, so i can not tell the difference, but have tried a vlz 1604, and it overdrives well.
Pss: Some of the goa/psychedelic producers experiment with different stuff on their kicks, so i think experimentation is needed this days, guitar distortion pedals in parallel, ring modulators, even phasers and choruses.. gated reverb techniques, gated fx.. A lot of the old sounds came from hardware, so that is the place to start, but not gearslutz like fancy oldschool hardware, but cheap late 80s early 90s stuff. I came closer to this sound using reason, its dirty and weird, and if you think about him as an instrument is quite useful tool (i can send some patches if someone is interested), but still you need a sequencer to do the mix part. I also find that Logic do not like this kind of oldschool stuff, its not handling distortion well(especially in higher frequencies), and if you put many layers output algorithm starts to act weirdly. Analog summing works better for this kind of production, but very pricey. I find Protools better handling this kind of production. This is just subjective opinion do not take it in consideration blindly!

dunno about logic personally i like his sound, lot of my fav artists are/were on logic so if it have a problem it sure don t bother me, i think it have a kind of sound on itself ,with the fxs/synth in it and maybe cause of the suming dunno..
agree on analog summing but it cost too much .. a console is more bang for the buck but there is still the converter to pay.. thought motu mk2 are supposed to sound really good and don t cost much for lot of i/o.
one hardware synth that is probably very powerfull for goa is the sequential pro one, it can do good drums , leads, fx and maybe bass, my fr Xs is also very good but it s a bit more modern/sterile sounding to me.
