yes, pavel´s right...thix traks are very cool...like them very much...but i think that there are certains aspects, that only with work, will b better...see, only u can b your "motivation", 4 working better...u must b the chemestry, that "oblige" u 2 do better!your need 2 improve will take u far way, u´ll see!keep up
